Clean hotel guestrooms, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, and stairways according to franchise standards and required timeframes. Strip and make beds, dust furniture, wash walls and woodwork, vacuum, scrub, wax, and polish floors, clean bathrooms, and empty wastebaskets. Sort, count, fold, mark, or carry linens; replenish bathroom necessities, glasses, and writing supplies; move furniture, hang drapes, and roll carpets. Transport trash and waste to disposal areas, replace light bulbs, and stock housekeeping carts and equipment. Greet guests warmly, ensure key control and security policies, and communicate with maintenance regarding room needs. Use all materials, chemicals, and tools safely to avoid injury or damage.
