Performs comprehensive cleaning including stripping and making beds, dusting furniture, washing walls and woodwork, vacuuming, scrubbing, waxing, and polishing floors, washing windows, and cleaning bathroom fixtures. Replenishes supplies, moves furniture, hangs drapes, and transports trash to ensure compliance with franchise standards. Greets guests warmly, maintains key control and security policies, and communicates with the maintenance department regarding room needs. Uses all materials and tools safely to avoid injury or waste.
