Cleans hotel guestrooms, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, and stairways while stripping and making beds, dusting furniture, and polishing floors. Sorts, counts, folds, and carries linens; replenishes bathroom necessities, drinking glasses, and writing supplies. Moves furniture, hangs drapes, rolls carpets, and transports trash to the disposal area. Greets guests warmly, ensures key control and security policies, and communicates with the maintenance department regarding room needs. Use all materials, chemicals, and tools safely. Follow all KHC policies, dress codes, and safety standards while maintaining a professional image. Perform duties as scheduled, adhering to franchise requirements and property-specific guidelines.
