Cleans hotel guestrooms, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, and stairways while sorting, folding, and carrying linens. Performs comprehensive cleaning including stripping beds, dusting, washing surfaces, vacuuming, scrubbing floors, and sanitizing bathrooms to meet franchise standards. Replenishes supplies, moves furniture, and transports waste to disposal areas. Greets guests warmly and ensures key control and security policies are maintained. Uses all materials and tools safely and communicates with maintenance regarding room needs. Follows all KHC policies, dress codes, and safety procedures while maintaining a professional image. Works as scheduled with physical demands including lifting up to 50 pounds.
