Job Summary
Clean and sanitize guest rooms (beds, dusting, vacuuming), replenish amenities; maintain cleanliness in public areas (lobbies, hallways, restrooms, conference rooms); manage and restock housekeeping supplies and linens; respond to guest requests and special cleaning needs; report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly; operate cleaning equipment as needed; collaborate with hotel staff to uphold cleanliness standards and guest satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar cleaning role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and supplies, and their safe usage.
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
