Job Summary
Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of guest rooms and public areas while ensuring each room is properly stocked with necessary amenities. Deliver outstanding customer service by ensuring rooms are in top condition for every guest and respond promptly to guest requests or questions with professionalism. Work with other team members to ensure the hotel meets cleanliness standards and cross-train and work with Laundry Attendants when needed. Perform the physical aspects of the job including sitting, bending, climbing, standing, reaching, and walking for up to 90% of the workday and lifting and carrying up to 60 lbs. Weekend availability is preferred.
