Job Summary
Clean and restock guest rooms, hallways, and public areas daily while changing linens, removing trash, and replenishing supplies. Perform deep cleaning tasks including disassembling furniture, changing AC filters, and repainting walls or molding when assigned. Approach all guest and employee encounters with a friendly service-oriented manner and maintain high personal grooming standards per brand requirements. Comply with Aimbridge Hospitality safety and operational regulations at all times. Work flexible shifts varying by hotel needs while ensuring thorough completion of pre-cleaning duties and assigned tasks.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members verbally or in written form
- Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly
- Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
- Must work well in stressful high pressure situations
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
