Job Summary
Operate heavy equipment for deep cleaning, furniture moving, and common area maintenance throughout the property. Fulfill dispatch calls promptly, report task completion, and ensure a safe environment for guests and staff. Maintain all cleaning equipment including hand-held radios, flat carts, and extractors per policy standards. Requires knowledge of equipment operation and strong communication skills to follow through on assigned duties.
