Job Summary
Lead hotel and guest services operations across Bolero Casitas and the Inn, overseeing guest experiences from arrival to departure, coordinating reservations and group handling, and ensuring seamless check-in/check-out. Drive occupancy and revenue by optimizing room inventory, ADR, and profitability, while managing budgets and cash flow. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to enhance service delivery and guest satisfaction. Mentor and develop team members, maintain alignment with company standards and values, and adapt to non-traditional hours (nights, weekends, holidays) as the operation runs 24/7. Maintain awareness of promotions and offerings across hotel, restaurants, retail venues, and tasting rooms; resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally. Focus on service excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
