Job Summary
Guest Service Representative at Courtyard Olympia handles check-in/check-out, answers inquiries via in-person, email, and phone, processes reservations, maintains guest relations with timely, knowledgeable responses, supports hotel communications and operations, and assists with safety/sanitation procedures. Must be able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 20 lbs, and work weekends and holidays; strong computer skills and the ability to learn new web applications are preferred for delivering courteous, efficient service to our guests.
