Hotel Guest Service Representative

Greets and completes standard check-in procedures for arriving guests daily using manual and computerized methods. Courteously answers inquiries, accepts reservations via phone and email, and controls financial transactions at the front desk while maintaining informed customer relations. Ensures safety by following sanitation procedures and reporting suspicious activity to management. Performs other duties as assigned by management and maintains department log books to enhance communications. Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
