Job Summary
Greets guests and completes standard check-in procedures, processes reservations and inquiries at the front desk, and maintains guest satisfaction through courteous service. Maintains financial transactions at the front desk, supports inter-department communications, and assists colleagues to enhance hotel operations. Follows safety and sanitation procedures and handles guest questions with timely, knowledgeable responses. Requires strong computer skills and the ability to type 40+ wpm; prior customer service experience preferred. Must be able to work 3 day shifts and 2 overnight shifts per week, including weekends and holidays.
