Hotel Guest Service Rep

Greet, register, and check out guests while suggestively selling rooms and issuing keys. Manage reservations, answer inquiries about services and local attractions, and route internal and external calls. Process payments, post charges to ledgers, and collect deposits following cash handling procedures. Communicate guest special requests and problems to appropriate departments to ensure timely resolution. Maintain lobby cleanliness, organize the front desk area, and accurately maintain shift logs. Ensure guest safety by following security procedures for fire, tornado, key security, and privacy.
