Job Summary
Provides customer service to hotel guests by greeting and registering guests, suggesting and selling hotel rooms, issuing and managing room keys, and coordinating wake-up calls in a courteous manner. Ensures guest safety per established security procedures, handles mail and messages, communicates guest special requests to appropriate departments, answers inquiries about hotel services and local attractions, assists with registrations and departures, processes payments and deposits, posts charges to ledgers, maintains front desk and lobby cleanliness, and adheres to KHC policies and safety standards. Maintains shift communications and collaborates with housekeeping and other teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
