Provides guest service at the hotel front desk, including greeting guests, registering and issuing room keys, handling reservations and inquiries, processing payments and deposits, coordinating with housekeeping, ensuring guest safety and privacy, maintaining lobby and front desk cleanliness, and communicating guest requests to appropriate departments in a timely manner.
