Hotel Guest Service Rep

Greets, registers, and suggests hotel room sales while issuing keys, assigning rooms, and setting wake-up calls. Answers inquiries regarding services, local attractions, and travel directions, then routes internal and external calls. Accurately checks out guests, computes bills, collects payments, and posts charges to ledgers per cash handling procedures. Confirms and cancels reservations via telephone, computer, or writing, and communicates departures to housekeeping. Ensures guest safety by following security protocols, date stamps incoming mail and messages, and maintains lobby cleanliness. Maintains the shift-to-shift log and deposits valuables in safe deposit boxes. Follows all KHC policies, dress codes, and performance standards while reporting to work as scheduled.
