Job Summary
Provides customer service to hotel guests by greeting, registering, suggestively selling hotel rooms, issuing room keys, assigning rooms, and setting wake up calls in an efficient, warm and friendly manner. Maintains guest safety through security procedures and protects guest privacy. Handles mail, faxes, and messages; records special requests; answers inquiries about hotel services and local attractions; assists with registrations, check-ins, and check-outs; processes charges and deposits; maintains front desk logs and lobby cleanliness. Adheres to KHC policies and safety standards; performs duties with professional image and punctuality.
