Hotel General Manager

Lead day-to-day hotel operations across all departments, recruit/train a small hospitality team, and drive高 guest satisfaction while upholding brand integrity. Oversee maintenance, regulatory compliance, and facilities management; analyze and inform purchasing, budgeting, and revenue strategy; coordinate with vendors and partners; support marketing and rate management efforts; ensure effective scheduling and a hands-on leadership approach including nights, weekends, and holidays. Ideal candidate brings experience managing independent/boutique hospitality properties, strong customer service and team leadership, proficiency with hospitality tech and MS Office, and a Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
