Job Summary
Oversee full hotel operations for Holiday Inn Express - Moline, IL, including financial performance, revenue strategy, and guest experience. Lead and develop a high-performing team of up to 50 employees; supervise all Department Managers; collaborate with Sales on long-range marketing and top accounts; ensure compliance with licenses, certifications, and regulatory requirements; participate in strategic planning with the corporate office and contribute to the annual business plan; enforce internal controls and accurate financial reporting; maintain brand standards and engage with the local business community. Requires strong leadership, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, plus flexible availability including nights and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years hotel management experience
- Proven ability to supervise, coach, and motivate teams up to 50 employees
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and on call for emergencies
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of budgeting, profit/loss concepts, percentages and variances
- Valid driver’s license and ability to be insured by the company
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and brand-specific hotel management platforms
