Hotel General Manager

Lead all hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, maintenance, sales, restaurant, and bar, while maintaining a visible presence to ensure a polished, personalized guest experience. Manage revenue, expenses, payroll, forecasting, and budgeting to drive overall profitability, reviewing financial reports and taking corrective action when performance falls below expectations. Recruit, train, and coach department leaders, holding them accountable for results while overseeing food and beverage service, labor, inventory, and cost controls. Monitor guest reviews, resolve service issues quickly, and partner with sales and revenue management to improve occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR. Maintain high standards for cleanliness, property condition, safety, and regulatory compliance.
