Job Summary
Direct and coordinate all hotel operations to maximize efficiency, economy, and profits while ensuring adherence to Marriott brand standards. Oversee every department including Sales, Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food and Beverage to optimize guest satisfaction and revenue management. Prepare and achieve budgets, analyze departmental requests, and direct promotion strategies to increase market share. Manage owner expectations, review operational reports, and implement policy changes as assigned by Regional Director. Supervise managers and staff through hiring, training, performance appraisal, and conflict resolution.

- Ability to work independently, prioritize workload and deliver quality results on time while working on multiple projects simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience
- Five years of previous General Manager experience at a hotel
- Regularly required to stand and walk
- Frequently required to sit
- Regularly required to utilize hand and finger dexterity and visual acuity to operate computer equipment and/or use a keyboard
- Occasionally required to lift/push/carry items less than 25 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Marriott brand management experience preferred
