Job Summary
Perform electrical, plumbing, and HVAC maintenance including replacing bulbs, cleaning coils, and changing filters. Execute work orders for general upkeep such as landscaping, painting, carpentry, and appliance repairs across guest rooms, public spaces, and kitchen areas. Keep the pool clean and up to safety standards while stocking supplies. Report unsafe conditions to management and interpret written or oral instructions. Required Qualifications
- Minimum high school or GED required
- Weekend availability
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems
- Strong knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Deadline, detail and customer service-oriented
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagrammatic, or schedule form
