Job Summary
Front Office Operations Manager oversees the Front Office and Food & Beverage departments, supervising associates, interviewing/hiring/training, planning and directing work, budget monitoring and payroll, cash and key controls, front desk coverage, and ensuring service quality and brand standards. Responsibilities include scheduling, staff meetings, guest inquiries, maintaining records, and coordinating administrative tasks to support hotel operations and guest satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1 to 3 years related experience in guest services, front desk or related professional area
- Proven customer service and staff management skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and complete tasks individually
- Solid organizational, time-management and prioritization skills
- Maintain a valid Driver’s License from the state which you reside with no major violations
