Job Summary
Front Desk Agent at Town Pump will greet guests, manage check-in/out, handle reservations and guest requests, perform transactions including billing and phone transfers, and contribute to sales by explaining amenities and closing inquiries. Responsibilities include selling hotel rooms over the phone and in person, processing incidental charges, maintaining cash security, signing out/returning master keys, completing daily front office checklists, and upholding brand standards. Knowledge of hotel operations, data entry proficiency, and courteous, professional communication with guests and teammates are preferred. The role may involve assisting with breakfast service, laundry, room cleaning, and other duties as needed, with a focus on delivering Genuine Hospitality and a positive guest experience.
