Job Summary
Lead and manage front desk operations for the hotel, supervising front desk staff, greeting guests, and handling inquiries and complaints. Responsibilities include processing check-ins/ reservations, assigning rooms, issuing keys, managing payments and check-outs, coordinating with Housekeeping/Maintenance, generating daily arrivals/departures reports, conducting staff performance reviews, maintaining a welcoming lobby, and ensuring efficient administrative duties and data accuracy.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hospitality experience
- Minimum 2 years of front desk experience
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience, preferably in hospitality
- Proficiency in Windows OS and company-approved spreadsheets and word processing
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Ability to manage time effectively in high-pressure situations
- High school diploma or equivalent
