Job Summary
In the role of Hotel Front Desk Supervisor, you will supervise front office staff, ensuring high guest service standards while managing a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include supervising daily functions, interviewing and training team members, resolving guest issues, and utilizing software systems for managing hotel operations. A minimum of two years in hospitality or guest service is required, along with strong communication skills and proficiency in relevant software. Required Qualifications
- Any combination of education and/or leadership/training experience in hospitality or guest service environment to equal two years
- Ability to speak, write and read English clearly
Desired Qualifications

- Proficient in word-processing, spreadsheets, presentation, database and electronic software
- Ability to type 35 words per minute
- Ability to pass basic math test
