Job Summary
Front Desk Agent at Springhill by Marriott Bettendorf: responsible for answering phones, taking guest reservations, handling check-ins and check-outs, answering questions about the hotel and area, and resolving guest complaints. Part-time, 2nd shift (3pm–11pm) with a focus on weekend nights, located at the TBK Sports Complex area near I-80.
