Job Summary
Front Desk Guest Service Representative responsible for welcoming guests, handling check-in/check-out, reservations, cash handling, and guest accounting per PCI policies; cross-train across front desk shifts; coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to communicate room status; assist with reporting and guest communications; train new hires and uphold safety and company standards; requires professionalism, strong guest relations, and basic bilingual communication. Starting wage up to $16.00 per hour with benefits including health insurance, dental, vision, PTO after 60 days, 401K with employer match, and opportunities for career growth.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma or equivalent work experience
- 1-2 years of previous experience in customer service
- Basic office skills (math, cash handling, computer skills)
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
