Job Summary
Be the first impression that stays. Lead Front Office operations including guest registration, room inventory, service standards, cost controls, and marketing initiatives. Hire, train, schedule, and coach a team of up to 15 Guest Service Agents, building a culture of high performance and hospitality. Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally; monitor satisfaction trends and drive continuous improvement. Manage franchise systems, GDS, and all booking channels; oversee revenue capture and competitive analysis. Maintain all hardware, software, and point-of-sale equipment; ensure team knowledge is always current. Oversee audit procedures, accounts reconciliation, month-end processes, and A/R transfers. Uphold hotel safety, security, and confidentiality standards at all times.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED required
- 2+ years of hotel supervisory or management experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with GDS and hotel franchise systems
