Job Summary
Oversee all Front Office operations for a multi-property hospitality group, including guest service, registration, room inventory, and front desk initiatives. Responsible for budgeting/forecasting, policy enforcement, staff scheduling, and staff development; interview, hire, evaluate, discipline, and recognize front desk personnel; ensure high guest service techniques and timely resolution of guest complaints; manage equipment, POS systems, and AR transfers. Requires leadership, training, and operational oversight with proficiency in Opera, GDS, and Microsoft Office; ability to supervise up to 15 employees and work varied schedules.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required; advanced degree in hospitality-related field preferred
- 2 years of previous supervisory/management experience in a hotel required
- Ability to work a varied schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel). Franchise systems, Opera, and GDS familiarity is a plus
- Ability to successfully supervise, coach, and motivate up to 15 employees
