Job Summary
Be the first impression that stays. As our Front Desk Office Manager, you'll lead every aspect of the guest experience—from seamless check-in to genuine, memorable service—setting the tone for our hotel and inspiring a team to deliver excellence daily. Own all Front Office operations including guest registration, room inventory, service standards, cost controls, and marketing initiatives. Hire, train, schedule, and coach a team of up to 15 Guest Service Agents. Resolve guest concerns promptly; monitor satisfaction trends and drive continuous improvement. Manage franchise systems, GDS, and booking channels; oversee revenue capture and competitive analysis. Maintain hardware, software, and POS equipment; ensure team knowledge remains current. Oversee audit procedures, accounts reconciliation, month-end processes, and A/R transfers. Uphold hotel safety, security, and confidentiality standards at all times. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED required; hospitality degree preferred
- 2+ years of hotel supervisory or management experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with GDS and hotel franchise systems
