Job Summary
Be the first point of contact for guests at the Front Desk, greeting and assisting with check-in/check-out, handling guest requests and reservations, and coordinating with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Sales to ensure smooth operations. Manage daily front desk duties including payments and room assignments, and resolve guest issues with a friendly, professional demeanor. Ideal candidates have strong customer service skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, good communication, basic computer skills, and the ability to stand for extended periods; prior hotel or customer service experience is a plus, with on-the-job training provided.
