Job Summary
Front Desk / Guest Service Agent needed to be the first point of contact for guests, handling all stages of a guest’s stay. Responsibilities include accommodating guest needs, acting as information liaison for property and guests, providing current hotel and local information, processing payments per cashier procedures, and maintaining a clean front desk area. Requires customer service experience, ability to work independently, problem-solving, and flexibility to work a schedule that may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. May lift up to 20 lbs and be exposed to varied temperatures and noises near the lobby; background check required. Required Qualifications
- Successful history as a front desk agent or related customer service experience
- Understanding of how to use hotel's Property Management Software (PMS) systems
- Flexible schedule to meet business needs
- Task-driven with focus on guest satisfaction
- Ability to work with little supervisor
- Background check clearance
