Job Summary
Front Desk and Guest Services Ambassador at Sandpiper Property Management, handling front desk operations, guest relations, reservations, and cross-functional support to ensure an excellent guest experience. Responsibilities include greeting guests, coordinating check-ins and check-outs, managing guest satisfaction, responding to service calls, safety and compliance duties, documenting activities, driving revenue through lead management and ancillary sales, performing laundry duties, cross-training across non-management roles, and maintaining on-site operations during the shift.
