Job Summary
Conduct front desk operations during overnight hours, managing guest relations, conflict resolution, and security protocols for arriving and in-house guests. Coordinate late check-ins, early check-outs, and reservations while inspecting studios and public spaces to ensure compliance with brand standards. Review studio inventory daily to maximize revenue and document all overnight events using company logs. Perform laundry duties including sorting, washing, drying, and folding linen, plus general cleaning of laundry facilities. Cross-train on non-management staff duties as needed. Stay on site for the entire shift until relieved, taking a paid 30-minute meal break as available. This role anchors Sandpiper Hospitality's extended stay market operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences and property safety.
