Job Summary

Greets and assists with guest arrivals and departures by handling check-ins, check-outs, telephone calls, and reservations while ensuring complete guest satisfaction. Completes and closes out the guest registration process, assigns rooms based on preferences and availability, and manages cash and credit card processing to maintain accurate house bank balances. Utilizes computer applications to track information, answers inquiries regarding facilities and local area services, and maintains cleanliness of the front desk, lobby, and back office. Follows Tribal, Federal, and gaming regulations to ensure compliance, manages security of property and confidential information, and monitors currency transaction reporting requirements. Works all shifts to support business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays, while attending required training and resolving guest complaints tactfully.

Required Qualifications

Must have strong customer service skills.
Must have excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relations with guests.
Must be familiar with software and data entry applications.
