Job Summary
Provide outstanding and personalized guest service as the front-line point of contact for guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, answering inquiries, processing reservations, and resolving concerns. Greet guests warmly, manage front desk responsibilities, balance cash and credit card transactions, operate the PMS and switchboard, offer local recommendations and dining reservations, fulfill special requests, ensure room status is up-to-date, maintain a professional appearance, follow security protocols for keys and property, and collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional service in a busy, hospitality-focused environment.
Required Qualifications
- Read, write, and speak English fluently.
- Write legibly.
- Neat, well-groomed appearance.
- Must have flexible schedule to include weekends
- Professional appearance and a friendly, service-oriented demeanor.
- Hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
