Job Summary
As a Hotel Front Desk Agent, responsibilities include greeting guests, checking them in and out, creating reservations (including room blocks), resolving guest concerns, listening and understanding requests from guests and staff, maintaining knowledge of property amenities and local attractions, and providing excellent customer service. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and prior hotel front desk or customer service experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, strong communication and multitasking, ability to stand/walk for long periods, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs and push up to 150 lbs. Weekend and holiday hours may apply.
