Hotel Financial Controller – Property Operations

Lead financial operations for the hotel portfolio, providing guidance on cash flow management, timely financial reporting, and internal controls. Responsible for monitoring hotel revenues and expenses, investigating variances to budget, assisting in capital planning and return calculations, ensuring regulatory compliance and proper licensing/permits, and maintaining accurate balance sheet reconciliations. Oversees preparation of weekly/monthly/annual financial reports, supports budgeting and forecasting, and contributes to staff development by recruiting and training Accounting personnel and management of a broad team of accounting professionals across the organization.
