Job Summary
Coordinate and complete skilled and unskilled facilities maintenance activities for hotel equipment, including routine painting, plumbing, electrical wiring, carpentry, and HVAC repairs. Execute work orders for installing fixtures, performing pool and hot tub chemical maintenance, operating snow plows, and managing preventive maintenance schedules. Maintain tools, inventory, and safety equipment while assisting with moving supplies and setting up meeting facilities. Notify management of major repairs and adhere to established policies and procedures. Evening and/or weekend work may be required. Tribal and Native American preference applies.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Two (2) years of facilities maintenance experience
- Valid driver's license
- Must be able to successfully pass a background screening / investigation
- Must obtain and maintain OSHA 10 certification
- Must obtain and maintain Certified Pool Operator certification
- Must obtain and maintain forklift certification
- Must obtain and maintain a driver's license and qualify for insurance coverage on company vehicles
- Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds
- Must be able to stand
