Job Summary
The Exterior Cleaning team maintains the property's exterior and completes interior project work, including power washing patios, cleaning exterior furniture and fixtures, removing cobwebs and debris, dusting at high levels, and assisting with valet parking on busy check-in/check-out days. Responsibilities include cleaning exterior lights and fixtures (some at heights), emptying exterior trash receptacles, monitoring and maintaining a trash-free environment in outdoor areas, and performing simple preventative maintenance on recycling and grounds equipment. Location is Deloitte University, Benchmark Hospitality at Deloitte University, Westlake, TX. Requires basic cleaning equipment operation and adherence to safety.
Required Qualifications
- One year experience in a similar job in the hospitality industry preferred.
- Ability to use gas-powered cleaning equipment.
- Valid State of Texas driver’s license with good driving record required.
