Hotel Evening Maintenance Technician

Perform routine preventative maintenance in guest rooms, including minor plumbing, electrical, HVAC filter changes, drywall repairs, lighting, and general fixtures. Respond promptly to evening maintenance requests and urgent guest room repairs. Inspect guest rooms and public areas to identify and resolve potential issues proactively. Maintain a clean, organized work area and ensure tools and supplies are properly stored. Report daily progress and major repairs needed directly to the General Manager.
