Job Summary
Ensure the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of all building systems and equipment by performing preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and life-safety systems. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs while conducting routine inspections to identify safety hazards. Maintain guestrooms, public areas, and facility infrastructure in good working condition by tracking work orders, documenting repairs, and coordinating with outside vendors. Uphold compliance with company policies, safety standards, and local codes while supporting energy conservation and sustainability initiatives. Work varied schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays within a fast-paced environment focused on hospitality and continuous improvement.

- Maintain guestrooms, public areas, back-of-house spaces, and facility infrastructure in good working condition
- Monitor and maintain compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and local codes
- Track maintenance work orders and document completed repairs
- Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors when specialized repairs or services are required
- Support energy conservation and sustainability initiatives
- Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and maintenance supplies
- Assist with renovation projects, facility improvements, and capital expenditure initiatives
- Ensure all engineering equipment is operated safely and properly maintained to minimize downtime and guest impact
