Job Summary
Dishwasher provides essential support to the kitchen and dining team by washing and sanitizing dishes, cookware, and utensils; ensures clean items are available for service and maintains a sanitary work area. Key duties include washing by machine or hand, proper storage of clean items, cleaning kitchen surfaces, removing waste, maintaining a tidy dishwashing area, monitoring supplies, and assisting with routine cleaning and other duties as needed. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, stand for long periods, and lift up to 50 lbs; on-the-job training provided; flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
