Job Summary
Prepare and cook food for an evening hotel kitchen, ensuring attractive plate presentation and knowledge of menu/recipes including preparation procedures, plating, portions, and special handling. Maintain first-in, first-out inventory controls and proper dating, keep lines/storage stocked, and uphold kitchen cleanliness and organization. Requires 1+ year of kitchen/food and beverage experience; shifts are Friday–Monday from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM; part-time role at Tru/Home2 Suites by Hilton Flagstaff with compensation starting at $20/hour and potential for higher wage for experienced candidates; benefits include growth opportunities, certifications reimbursement, and employee perks.
