Part-time/full-time unarmed security guard position at Valcor Security for luxury apartment properties. Responsibilities include patrolling, monitoring surveillance, responding to emergencies, and investigations; requires CA BSIS Guard Card, one year security experience, professional appearance, ability to work nights/weekends/holidays, and strong communication. Required Qualifications
- Valid BSIS Guard Card as required by the State of California
- Minimum 1 year of security experience (preferably in residential or hospitality environments)
- Ability to start immediately
- Must own a black suit, black tie, black shirt, and black dress shoes
- Physically fit for extensive patrolling and capable of handling potential confrontations
- Knowledgeable in security equipment and technology
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must have a smartphone with knowledge of how to use different apps
- Must be physically sharp, well-groomed, and well-mannered
- Excellent communication skills and be well-spoken
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and professional Security Guard
