Job Summary
Concierge Sales Agent at hotel desks on the Island of Kaua'i focused on helping guests plan and book tours and activities, both on the island and neighboring islands. Responsibilities include delivering personalized recommendations, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and driving sales with uncapped commission. Requires weekend availability, on-island residency, strong communication skills in English (and Japanese preferred), and ability to work independently in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Training and on-the-job POS experience provided; on-site duties at multiple hotel concierge desks.
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in English (required)
- 1–3 years of experience in sales and/or customer service (preferred)
- Background in tourism, hospitality, or travel (highly preferred)
- Knowledge of the Hawaiian Islands (or eagerness to learn)
- Basic computer skills; POS experience is a plus (training provided)
- Fluency in Japanese (preferred)
