Job Summary
Deliver luxury Concierge/Front Desk service by warmly welcoming guests, assisting with check-in/check-out, handling all front desk inquiries, arranging transportation, reservations, dry cleaning, and special services, and providing local knowledge and activity suggestions. Proactively promote hotel facilities and assist with ALL Accor frequent guest program enrollment to enhance guest experience. Requires minimum 2 years of luxury-hotel experience or hotel school degree, strong computer skills (Word, Excel, messaging), and flexibility with schedule in a fast-paced luxury environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2-years experience in similar position in a luxury setting or hotel school degree
- Must have experience working with computers, specifically Word, Excel and messaging
- Must be flexible with days and hours
