Job Summary
Meet and greet hotel guests, answer inquiries, and manage the lobby breakfast and concierge room by stocking, rotating, and maintaining supplies. Re-stock food and beverage items, wash dishes, clean microwaves, and wipe counters while filling coffee pots and steamers. Vacuum dining areas, organize the pantry, and complete communication logs. Dispose of trash, break down boxes, and assist with cleaning public restrooms, pools, fitness centers, or rooms as requested. Communicate inventory shortages, maintenance issues, or guest complaints to the manager. Follow all KHC policies, dress codes, and safety standards while maintaining a professional image.
Required Qualifications
