Job Summary
Meet and greet hotel guests, answer inquiries, and manage the lobby breakfast/refreshment area or concierge room by stocking, rotating, and maintaining clean, orderly conditions. Re-stock food and beverage items, wash dishes, clean microwaves, and wipe down counters while filling coffee pots and steamers for the next day. Vacuum, mop, and organize the dining area and pantry, disposing of trash and breaking down boxes. Communicate inventory shortages, maintenance issues, or guest complaints to the manager and assist with cleaning public restrooms, pool areas, fitness centers, or special projects as requested. Follow all KHC policies and procedures regarding dress code, safety, and performance standards.
